NBA is a non profit association working to showcase the rich heritage of Kerala. NBA's yearly operations are run by elected executive committee. The committee includes President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, and executive members.

All work of NBA is directed towards community development, charity work to help various communities in USA and India, foster cultural and traditional values of Malayalee communities in India.
