Events of 2009-2010
Various events are conducted throughout the year in NBA. Monthly poojas are a very integral part of NBA community. These poojas teach our children the values of friendship, respect for elders, community services and spiritual aspects of Hindu religion.
Pooja Activities for the calendar year
Monthly pooja will be held on Saturday, June 20th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the NBA center.
Sreemad Bhagavatha Sapthaham will be conducted from Thursday July 16th to Thursday July 23rd at the NBA Center. Click on the link for more details.
Ramayana Parayanam at NBA center on Saturday, July 25th from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Ramayana Parayanam at NBA center on Sunday, July 26th from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Monthly pooja will be held on Saturday, August 15th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the NBA center.
Monthly pooja will be held on Saturday, September 26th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at NBA center.
Monthly pooja will be held on Saturday, October 24th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at NBA center.
Mandala Masam Pooja will done every week on Saturdays beginning from Saturday, November 21st 2009 to Saturday January 16th-2009. Poojas will start from 6:00 pm at NBA center.
Graduation day 2009
Graduation 2009 would be celebrated on Saturday 27th June from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm at Santoor Restaurant in Glen Oaks. Please click on the link for more detailsOnam 2009

NBA Star Education Fund
NBA Star Education Fund is a education intiative started by kind hearted members of NBA whose donations go to help deserving kids from below poverty line families in the state of Kerala, India. Every year NBA seeks application from deserving students from Nair Families who need support for their education needs. Applications are reviewed by the NBA executive committee and once approved the students are given a one time payment of scholarship. For more details please write to us at inquiry@nairsusa.org
